Class Descriptions


MONDAY


Turbo Kick Live- Monday at 5:45pm 
with Kristen Rodgers
This class is an hour long class that incorporates HIIT training, kick boxing, and a little dance to give you an amazing burn all while you feel like you're having a party! At the end of each class we slow it downto get a little extra burn in our legs and core before stretching it out. This class is great for anyone of any fitness level. We have moves to modify and moves to intensify (for those who are more advanced).


TUESDAY

​​​​​​​Aquatic Strengthening, Stretching, and Balance-Tuesday & Thursday at 8:30am & 9:15am
with Andrea Myrick, PTA
This class is a 45 min aquatic exercise class to help improve overall strength, flexibility, and balance in a warm water therapy pool. Come have fun and move your body!


WEDNESDAY

Gentle Creative Flow Yoga- Wednesday at 4:45pm
with Danielle LaPlante, BS, RYT200. 
Beginner to Intermediate creative Vinyasa flow yoga that connects movement to breath through a flowing sequence of poses. The postures help to improve overall health and wellbeing. Danielle uses verbal cues and modifications as needed for postural alignment which encourages you to listen to your body and not force yourself into the poses.

THURSDAY

Aquatic Strengthening, Stretching, and Balance-Tuesday & Thursday at 8:30am & 9:15am

This class is a 45 min aquatic exercise class to help improve overall strength, flexibility, and balance in a warm water therapy pool. Come have fun and move your body!

FRIDAY

Expressive Flow Yoga- Friday at 9:00am
with Danielle LaPlante, BS, RYT200. 
In this Vinyasa flow class for all levels, restore balance and overall wellbeing through mindful movement /postures that have a balance between expressive movement flow, breath work, and postural alignment.

Tai Chi Easy- 
with Sally Rivard
This class is an approach to Tai Chi that makes it easy, beneficial, and fun--right away. It is designed to improve the quality of lift for all people. It uses slow, mindful movement without strain to strengthen the body's own healing forces and is medically proven to support disease prevention, accelerate healing, and reduce stress.

Aqua Combo- 
with Sally Rivard, American Red Cross certified instructor, AAFA, IIQTC200
Aqua Combo: Aqua Fit and Aqua Tai Chi- Use the buoyancy and natural resistance of water to improved range of motion, strengthen muscles, improve balance and increase endurance. First strengthen your body with movement and then relax your body and mind with Tai Chi inthe water.

One Yoga-
with Sally Rivard
Yoga practice for all levels. Poses and sequences to strengthen, and bring about postural awareness for better alignment and balance. You will feel stretched and strengthened as well as restored, rested and re-energized.
